I drove to the dealership on a Friday morning, and left with my new car within a very reasonable time, as most arrangements were handled ahead of time. the Buchanan sales team handled all of my titling and licensing issues; very impressive considering Reside four states away. Not a huge deal but wow was the black ever nice looking but I do like my white truck. I never really thought about what you gave me on my trade in but I spent 1200.00 hundred on getting the third door and the passenger side rocker box fixed so I lost 200 dollars right their on my trade. Bad service Paid $9000 for a Jeep Patriot. Ran fine during test drive then once done signing papers we get a minute up the street and it starts to sputter. Spark Paid $9000 for a Jeep Patriot. Ran fine during test drive then once done signing papers we get a minute up the street and it starts to sputter. Spark plugs and coils needed replaced from them spraying inside the hood which took hours. 3 weeks later check engine light comes on. I own a obd so plugged it up to the Jeep. Battery code popped up. Took it to service they replaced the battery. It took 2 hours. Meanwhile in both cases nobody came to tell us anything about what was wrong until it was fixed. Also my girlfriend shut the door in the waiting room so our 3 year old and 1 year old would not run out plus they were loud. A older lady at the desk opened it back up and when my girlfriend tried to explain why she xxxx the door the woman just walked away ignoring her. The work ethics and attitudes suck More

I’m 57 years old and this is the first new vehicle I purchased a 2018 Silverado at Buchanan and had the pleasure of Tyler Garner being my salesperson. I’m 57 years old and this is the first new vehicle l ever purchased. I went there to test drive the truck I wanted but just not in my choice of color. He tried unsuccessfully to sell the one they had on the lot but since I was persistent on a Black one he checked around and was able to locate me a black one at a price close to the one they had and at a price I was willing to pay. I ended up getting the truck in s timely manner and with more options but still paid the agreed price. The only problem I had came from the body shop. When they sprayed the bedliner in they sprayed over the rubber inserts that cover the holes for the tie down inserts. Overall everyone I interacted with was pleasant. More

Great Service Called Buchanan up as I thought I had a rear leaking brake line and needed to get my Ford Explorer in and serviced quickly. They took my vehicle righ Called Buchanan up as I thought I had a rear leaking brake line and needed to get my Ford Explorer in and serviced quickly. They took my vehicle right away, found out the issue was actually a leaking rear heater / ac coolant line which they took car of. They also was able to include a PA inspection and oil change on short notice while they had my SUV, all of this was very much appreciated. Vehicle was service quickly and all work was done as expected. More
