After two months I haven't received my registration and tags and I have missed three days of work, opening of dove hunting season and couldn't go on Labor Day vacation because of their error. After leaving multiple messages for weeks I finely talked with Joanna on Friday who said she called and left a message but said I owed 27.00 due to their error and after paying I could drive the two hour to get them. Talked to Joanna again today after calling and emailing yesterday and today, after 4th call talked with Joanna who said they were mailed Tuesday. Hum, lets see why didn't they get mailed that Friday or Saturday after I paid 27.00. So far with missed work and vacations I couldn't go on their error has cost me $5000.00. Lets talk about sales, after coming to agreement of price and financing they gave me a two hour ride to the dealership only to tell me I couldn't finance the truck at that price with USAA. So there I am stranded 2 hours from my house, yes I bought the truck anyway. Given this review, stay far away. I have the cell phone records to prove all the calls to them as well as voicemail agreeing to the price and financing. More
