Just needed some help My front tire had a slow leak and it was down to 23 psi so I stopped at Buchanan and ask for the tire to be looked at and hopefully fixed or replaced. Best car buying experience ever! We found ourselves in need of service for our 2011 SRX, It was happenstance that the nearest GMC service center was in Waynesboro at the time, and wh We found ourselves in need of service for our 2011 SRX, It was happenstance that the nearest GMC service center was in Waynesboro at the time, and what a lucky break! Jennifer in service got us right in, and when we found that the repair would be a duplicate of something we recently had done, and just as expensive, we made the decision to look for a newer model. Jen introduced us to Ryan, and the rest is history. Ryan worked tirelessly as we went over the details, but the entire team was fantastic in helping us decide which car would be right for us. We left New Jersey in a 2011 Cadillac SRX and drove home in a 2017 XT5, and we absolutely love it! Thank you everyone at Buchanan for making this our best car-buying experience ever!! Oil Change & Warranty Work I brought my Yukon in for an oil & filter change and other preventive maintenance items, and discovered my Infotainment Screen was not working properl I brought my Yukon in for an oil & filter change and other preventive maintenance items, and discovered my Infotainment Screen was not working properly when I picked the truck up at the end of the day. They kept the truck overnight & repaired the screen quickly & without an appointment. In addition, after the repair was made, they cleaned the truck to perfection. I appreciate the quick handling taken to make the warranty repair without an appointment. I'm pleased with the way the matter was handled. More
Beware! I’ve been debating for quite some time now if I was going to write this review, I’m losing patience with Buchanan. This is my 100% honest review of th I’ve been debating for quite some time now if I was going to write this review, I’m losing patience with Buchanan. This is my 100% honest review of this company. Let me start off by saying Tyler G is sales was great, extreme professional, very easy going salesman. Trip to the dealer to see the vehicle was 2 hours away. I made a call the night prior to set everything up, talk to the sales manager he said he would make sure the vehicle does not go anywhere. Great! The next day I even called to let him know i was 100% still coming. I get there and someone else is test driving the vehicle. I should of walked away when I had the chance... but I stuck around till the customer got back with the vehicle, I drove two hours to look at this truck so I was leaving with something. Next few days with the vehicle and I start having issues with the truck, the vehicle cut off 3 times randomly while driving. This is where it starts to get ugly, called the dealership to let them know and got nothing but a hard time like I was inconveniencing them finally after a few days I get them to send a rollback (they wanted to charge me for picking the vehicle up) the vehicle sat at Buchanan for 3 weeks before they got it fixed. I understand things happen but 3 weeks? Anyways I was just happy to have the truck back at this point. Immediately after them delivering the truck the truck is misfiring! Upon inspection I find the spark plug wire disconnected... Buchanan agreed to make my first payment (fully grateful for this) but weeks go by and I haven’t received a check so I just call to check up on it so I make a call to Connor, he agrees he will get the check cut and I’ll have it in a few days. Time goes by and I still didn’t have anything so I make a call to mike in the sales dept to follow up he starts getting attitude with me on the phone like I’m bothering him, he starts going off he’s going to put stop payment on the check, blah blah mouthing off the entire time. If your a man and you say your going to do something do it, actions speak louder than words. I did infact get the check finally. Now to the main issue, my license plates... this should have been a very easy process but infact Buchanan screwed this one up so now I’m left with expired tags and many excuses why Buchanan does not have my hard tags. My paper tag was falling off and when I told mike I needed my tags he goes ‘write your tag on a piece of cardboard... are you kidding mike? Infact the vehicle had a clean report it has indeed been in a front end collision that Buchanan did not disclose! Would I return to Buchanan? No. Mike is going to run that place into the ground. Once you sign your name they could careless about you, save the headache and deal else where! Atleast my truck looks good sitting in front of my house but it doesn’t do me any good without tags! This dealership is very unorganized and very unprofessional. Update: it’s been a week with expired tags and yet not even a idea where the tags are, guess we are going to have to go legal route with this dealership. Update again 10/25/18 - still no tags expired 10/16/18, still no apologies from mike in the sales dept, true unprofessional and does not deserve to be talking to customers. More
