The staff at Buchanan made the experience as painless as possible. We worked mostly with our salesman Jacob Rabine. He was very informative and quick to reply to all our questions. We dealt a lot over email and messaging which was nice before we sat down to do the final negotiation. These guys not only had the best advertised price, they did their best to stick to it. It can be tough if there are a lot of incentives and you don’t qualify for some to meet the lowest price and these guys did everything they could to stick to the lowest price we saw available. Most importantly they were always up front and honest. We had to drive an hour to make the deal and were promised we wouldn’t be disappointed about making the trip. We certainly weren’t. Great staff all around! Jacob, Josh and Mike are all 5 star guys!!!! More
