JT Toms & the Buchanan Team Do It Again! My husband and I could not have been happier with the experience we have had this last week at Buchanan Auto Park. JT was very friendly, knowledgeabl My husband and I could not have been happier with the experience we have had this last week at Buchanan Auto Park. JT was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The finance team not only found us the best deal that day, but brought us back twice because better interest rates were found, which then made our payments lower. This blew our minds, the sale was done, we had bought the van, and were perfectly happy, yet they kept working our file and making sure we had the best deal possible ~ now that is GREAT customer service! We do have one glitch with the van, but the service department is already on it, ordering the part and going to have it fixed as soon as they can. To be honest, we were not 100% thrilled the last time we went and got out 2007 Caravan, felt that the finance part was a bit long and they didn't communicate well as we waited, but went back to the dealer because we like the product so well. The overall mood of the dealership has changed and improved so much, we could not have been made to feel more comfortable and assured about our purchase. Thank you to everyone, especially JT, for making this such a great experience!! We will be back in 35 months since we chose the "Buchanan Better Way" purchase and can't wait to see what you will have for us then! More
