I started by chatting with someone online who then had someone text me - Amber. While texting Amber, I specifically asked in the Scion was still there and if they accepted a certain loan we were approved for because we lived about an hour and a half to two hours away. She told me that the Scion was still there but didn't answer about the loan. So, my fiancé called into the dealership where he talked to Ira. Ira was very friendly and talked to finance to see about the loan. However, he also said the Scion was there. Amber actually text me about 15 minutes before we arrived to see about setting up an appointment to test drive it. When we got to the dealership we couldn't find the Scion. We were then greeted by Christine who told us that she had sold that vehicle about a week or two ago. Imagine our frustration!! However, Christine quickly turned a bad situation into a good one. Our credit situation is pretty bad and we knew that going down there. But working with Christine and Jeff, we were able to walk out of the dealership with exactly what we wanted! Both of them were so down to earth and didn't make me feel like crap about the current credit situation that we are in. Christine talked to us like we had known her for years and we really liked that! I would highly recommend her and Jeff to anyone! They turned a really discouraging situation into a great one! More

WORST Experience ever Shame on me for believing the BS that was told to me during the process. The sales agreement was changed 4 times while we sat there for over 3 hours and it was still wrong. Still waiting on information with no call backs and still do not have all the paper work after a month. They have NO regard for customer service. More

After several hours of crunching numbers and reviewing options, I left with my new truck and could nit be happier! And to top off a successful conclusion... Chuck, the Sales Manager, personally thanked us for choosing Buchanan Auto Park! What a great bunch of caring people who wanted nothing more than to put me in my new truck!! Not Happy Drove up last Saturday from Martinsburg Found the Jeep we wanted. Asked if we could buy at invoice and get a fair trade on ours. They agreed. After over an hour, their fair trade was $4500 below NADA. After long discussions, they said they would do a 1000 btr because they really wanted our business. We couldn't do this so I shook hands and told them I appreciated their time I went to three other dealers and all three agreed to give us the NADA trade which was now 3500 btr than Buchanan Jeep. I called Buchanan. They said get it in writing and they will "beat" their deal. My point is why make a client do this? Be fair in beginning and not try to take advantage of Buyer's We purchase new about every two year and I don't think this will ever be a dealership we visit again. Larry & Nicole More
Great new car buying experience Robbie was a great salesperson to deal with. He did not push us into the deal, and was very knowledgeable about the car. Lured there with a lie, OVERPRICED, tre very poorly by Chuck I inquired about a Jeep online. The next day received a call from "Alexa" telling me Buchanan was having the best sale ever! This was only going on I inquired about a Jeep online. The next day received a call from "Alexa" telling me Buchanan was having the best sale ever! This was only going on until the end of August, so I called at the "perfect time"! She said they had the lowest prices of all times. I was siked to get there with my husband, and buy a jeep. Once there Robbie the salesman got noticeably irritated when I called another dealership inquiring about their inventory while my husband was negotiating the price of the jeep we just test drove with Robbie. Robbie said he wasn't going to tell us any price, because he didn't want us going to the other dealership after he works out a price. My husband actually had to ask him whether he wanted to make a sale that day or not. I informed Robbie that I wouldn't be asking for the monthly payment if I wasn't interested in that Jeep...Duh! Robbie shouldn’t have been eavesdropping on my conversation in the first place. Once inside the office, we had to deal with the absolute most RUDE general manager of all times! His name is Chuck, and he is very cocky, and disrespectful. Honestly, I don't even know how he's still able to work there. He yelled over to Robbie's desk from his "sales tower" when we were sitting there. He told me there wasn't going to be ANY dropping of the price of that jeep. I then asked about the "great specials on ALL Buchanan vehicles" that Alexa told me about that morning on the phone. He then proceeded to walk over to Robbie's desk, and looked at my cell phone as I was searching for Alexa's texts. Unfortunately the only texts she sent me were of the address to the dealership, and that she was excited to find out what vehicle I drive home that evening. The awesome deals she spoke of, was on the phone call, not the text messages. That's when Chuck said we will pay retail for that Jeep, and there's NO negotiating the price. I told him we had nothing left to talk about then. The Jeep was way overpriced, and he wouldn't budge on the price. I do not recommend Buchanan for ANY vehicle purchase. Subsequently, two days later Robbie called me wanting to talk numbers so we could buy the Jeep. I then took great pleasure in letting him know we happily purchased a new vehicle the day before his call. We were treated like royalty by the dealership we went to. As we should have been being that we spent a huge amount of money. I let Robbie know that good customer service goes a long way, and he may want to think about that the next time he's got buyer's sitting at his desk wanting to spend some serious money. I will never shop at Buchanan EVER, and will continue to let all my friends, and family know how poorly we were treated. If this website would have let me rate Buchanan less than 1 star, I certainly would have, because it was the worst experience EVER! More
