Ms. Shank I was disappointed to hear that you had a bad experience in our dealership, it is our policy and intention to give every customer the best possible purchase experience with the hope that they will tell their family and friends. As I was not present at the time, I understand there was several times where communication may have failed on both sides and that is unfortunate as we train our salespeople extensively and for that to fail, I apologize. I would have gladly intervened to try and rectify the situation but I understand you have already purchased a vehicle elsewhere.
