I had a slow leak in tire. I brought my car into Service Department. Although they had no appointments that day, they managed to squeeze me in and fix the tire. Jeff, as always, handled my claim with ease. Dropped the car off at 8:30 and had it back by 2:00 with a new steering wheel covered under warranty. Very helpful; the service center took care of the recall and my one year check needs while I used their wifi and did some work. Terrible service experience. Brian was so dismissive it bordered on rudeness. I had an 11:30 appointment, when I dropped off my car Brian said they would get to it in an hour. I told him there was a prob bordered on rudeness. I had an 11:30 appointment, when I dropped off my car Brian said they would get to it in an hour. I told him there was a problem with the radio. At 12:44, I got a text that my car had been dropped off. I asked for a status update, I got none and deleted the text on Saturday. I went back to the service center at 2:10. My car was not ready, Brian wasn't there, and I was told that my car was being washed. I was given the service paperwork, and saw nothing about the radio, so I asked. Nothing had been done. At 2:50 my keys were given to me, and I was told the radio software had been updated. I went out to my car, and it had not been washed, which I had been told was part of the service, and I had been told it was being done. I had other appointments so took my dirty car and left. Terribly disappointing. I wish there were another Subaru dealer close by so that I never have to get such poor service again. More
