The repair was completed in less time than originally scheduled. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. The restroom was cleaner than 99% of New Orleans area restaurants. This is the second time I have come to Bryan Subaru for routine maintenance. Once was for an oil change the other for a new battery. I worked with Richard most recently and he was fantastic. He was polite, down to earth, quick to respond to my questions, and maybe most importantly set realistic expectations. I did not have an appointment and the service department was slammed. He let me know he would do what he could to get me taken care of same day, but he made no promises. I appreciate that as much as anything. Long story short: I was taken care of (same day) with time to spare! More
