Worst car buying experience. Battery was dead when I went to see the car. They couldn’t find the keys . Dealership was dirty and ripped old office furniture. I have had problems with the car since I drove it off the lot. Only one of which they covered after having to bring it back twice and then having it for two weeks. It’s going to cost $1400. I was pretty upset to find out i needed a $700 repair of what I thought should be a warranty issue. My service advisor Brianna walked me through it - actually calling before my scheduled appointment- and he what I thought should be a warranty issue. My service advisor Brianna walked me through it - actually calling before my scheduled appointment- and helped make sure i got the claim set up with Subaru america. Then they handled my oil change and replaced a bulb at no charge because they knew i was upset. Long story short - Subaru America came through and is reimbursing the repair, which wouldn’t have happened if Brianna hadn’t helped me to set that up. I bought the car from another dealer (in texas) with whom i’ve done business for 15+ years but i was treated just as well here at Bryan, on only my 2d visit. More
