Brianna went above and beyond in making sure I received excellent customer service. I came in for an oil change and an a/c issue. This being my first experience at Bryan I felt a little lost. I explained the issue I was having someone took my car and two plus hours later I had heard nothing. Richard is great- very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. I thought buying a new set of tires at the dealership would be too expensive but Richard gave me a quote that was comparable to another experienced. I was expecting this to be complicated because I was out of town and asked a friend to handle this for me. One note: This turned out not to be a big deal, but I thought I'd be able to pay with a debit card to avoid the surcharge, but because the transaction was done over the phone I had to use a credit card.
