I has a screw in tire that I bought from them less than a year ago , found while general maintenance. Ok patch and rotate it no charge. Looked low when I returned home , brought it back. Asked then why cant you just replace it??? Company policy.......... while doing errands, low pressure light goes on . When I leave my last errand , totally flat tire!!! Luckily I have AAA!! Called extremely disgruntled with this whole experience!! was told that I will get a new tire . I live almost 10 mikes away for 2 trips I should have not needed!!! I really feel that this happened because I am a woman!! My time,, my gas, but most of all my safety was not ever addressed. The woman by the door, Michelle was the ONLY person to ever pay me any respect. This is al happening before I go on a road trip that the service rep knew about. All in all a terrible experience.
