He even arranged to have an Uber car take her to a restaurant to meet other family members who were also on vacation in N.O. I cannot tell you how relieved I was to know that my wife was being treated with such professionalism and compassion. I would highly recommend Bryan Subaru. Thank you so much! More
I was informed through Subaru that I could get a loaner car while they work on my recall. My husband made a call to Bryan Subaru and I even overheard them promising me there would be a loaner car availabl car while they work on my recall. Now we also try to make an appointment with Subaru in Covington Louisiana, and was also told there would be a loaner car, but the day of the appointment they called and said there was no loaner vehicle. We then decided to make an appointment at Bryan Subaru Who reassured us there would be absolutely no problem for a loaner vehicle. I drove an hour to their location only to be told there was no loaner vehicle. In fact they said they don’t do loaner vehicles, and that they don’t have any in stock. Unfortunately my husband never got the name of the lady that took our call and made the appointment. So it left us very frustrated, but thankfully they were able to get to my car in less than two hours. More

My so called “Service Consultant,” Richard Elvey was nothing short of a snake oil salesman. I have never been treated more unprofessionally in my life. Elvey purposely over-sold me on services that were nothing short of a snake oil salesman. I have never been treated more unprofessionally in my life. Elvey purposely over-sold me on services that were not fully necessary (I found this out when I brought my vehicle to another mechanic for their opinion.) I strongly feel I am owed at least $1,000 from Bryan Suburu Service Center. This gentleman never looked me in the eye one time while speaking to me, which convinced me he was lying through his teeth. Additionally, Elvey’s xxxx-poor attitude towards me, and even worse - my 17 year old son was disgusting. I will NEVER bring my vehicle to Bryan Suburu Service Center ever again and I will be sure to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will also be writing a report on YELP and spread the gospel about the way this man treated me and my family. This person should be terminated from employment immediately! More

The reason for my negative feelings about Bryan Subaru is that they now have a surcharge of 3.5% for using a credit or debit card. Seriously??? I can understand a small business doing that but a BIG auto ser that they now have a surcharge of 3.5% for using a credit or debit card. Seriously??? The dealership adds a 3. 5% fee for credit cards, and apparently debit cards, which is nothing more than a money grab. Fees charged to the businesses are not nearly that high, so why not simply price your services accordingly? Most people will use debit or credit cards, because they aren’t carrying that kind of cash, and checks are so 20th century. Moreover, after taking my car to other Subaru dealers for years before moving to New Orleans, this is the first time that I’ve ever taken my car in for service and the dealership didn’t bother to wash it. I will likely buy my next Subaru somewhere else based on the service department here. The work appears to be very good, but the nickel and diming left a bad taste. It’s the small details that make one a loyal customer, and they did not deliver. More
