Make sure you get the full service quote in writing before letting them service your car. They provided me a partial quote over the phone. Wish I had done more research on what each item cost before th before letting them service your car. They provided me a partial quote over the phone. I understood it wouldn’t be cheap but $800 for labor when they only had my car for at most 10 hours of work is ridiculous. The $400 for parts I could wrap my head around but still expensive. Definitely my fault for giving them the opportunity to take advantage of me but feel obligated to let others know to be on their guard when going in for a service at Brian Subaru. Sad that this was my first impression working with them. Definitely will be my last. More
