But I recently brought my car in to the shop to prepare for an upcoming road trip. There were some unexpected issues that came up and the service team went well beyond the call of duty to make sure I got on the road safely and on time. They're kindness and generosity was actually shocking. I can't tell you the last time I experienced such genuine care from a service provider. I always recommend Subaru to to friends looking for a vehicle. But this is why I will always recommend that you go to the dealership for service and maintnance. The team at Bryan Subaru is without comparison. More

Did not meet time commitment. . Scheduled appt. week in advance, Came in at 9:00 am from out of town for "2-3 hour job at most"".
