Fould a problem and fixed quickly and did regular service I came in for a scheduled oil change (synthetic for 6000 miles) and an alignment, I came in a little early for my appointment, but was seen to right I came in for a scheduled oil change (synthetic for 6000 miles) and an alignment, I came in a little early for my appointment, but was seen to right away. During the routine inspection they found a broken boot on front right axel. They let me take a look so getting to see the issue first hand really gave me confidence that there was a legitimate issue that needed to be fixed. Ms. Erin Czaplinski was extremely helpful in giving the options on the repair and what her recommendation was. She was friendly and helpful even suggesting I might want to look at their website for any service deals, which there just so happened to be a deal on the alignment which I was able to take advantage off. Due to the repair I was there quite a while and having free coffee/drinks and snacks was very nice. Being able to have an issue I was unaware of noticed and replaced when I was only scheduled for a oil change (I added the alignment at the last minute) was a real plus. Everything was perfect and if I had one issue it would be that the free Wi-Fi didn't seem to work, I didn't bring it to anyone's attention, but had I done so, I have complete confidence that the issue would have been fixed quickly. More

Informative, timely and helpful 30,000 mile check up. I signed up for the visit online. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The Oddest Car Purchasing Experience Ever! The dealership, sales professional we dealt with as well as the management team across all departments provided the most unique (my husband calls it " The dealership, sales professional we dealt with as well as the management team across all departments provided the most unique (my husband calls it "the weirdest"),best experience we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. They were professional, applied no pressure or strong arm tactics, gave us a fair deal (and I researched the H*** out of it before signing), respected our time constraints and when it came time to place the order, we were in and out in under a half hour. I doubt we would ever purchase another vehicle other than Subaru and to be honest, its heavily weighted on the experience with the staff at the Bryan Subaru dealership. Even when there was a slight problem, they dealt with it immediately. The indicator of a quality organization isn't in being perfect; there is no such thing. It's the mark of how they handle the unexpected issues which always arise in life. That's the mark of quality and this team is the highest quality we have ever had the occasion to work with when purchasing a car. We could rave on about them all day. It was THAT great of an experience! (and love, love, LOVE our Outback) More
