Quick service for my oil change. The turn around was just an hour, including a car wash, so was happy with that. One complaint would be that the volume on the TV in the waiting area The turn around was just an hour, including a car wash, so was happy with that. One complaint would be that the volume on the TV in the waiting area was cranked up and there was an irritating talk show with people talking over each other. Gave me a headache. LOL. They did have the remote sitting there, though, so I did eventually get up and turn down the volume. A gentleman nearby gave me a hearty Thank You! I did learn that they are no longer considered a Mitsubishi dealer although I purchased my 2017 Mirage there. Now I will have to go to the Westbank or Northshore for diagnostics or warranty work. More

Refreshingly Great Service at Bryan Collision Center Service at the collision center was excellent. Lisha dealt with the insurance company for me. She made multiple calls to ensure that I had a loaner car while mine was being worked on. The service was performed in a timely manner and with high quality. Lisha even entertained my son while I exchanged vehicles - which he still talks about it.
