I had a tree branch fall on the hood of my 6 month old Forester - which was very stressful - though I did not have to stress at all after bringing it to the Bryan Collision Center. Lisha dealt with the insurance company for me. She made multiple calls to ensure that I had a loaner car while mine was being worked on. The service was performed in a timely manner and with high quality. Lisha even entertained my son while I exchanged vehicles - which he still talks about it. All service industries should model their care after this collision center. Great work. Thanks! More

Anyway, the weekend mechanic did not ti First really bad experience with Subaru service. And this is our 5th Subaru purchased from Greg. Great cars. Anyway, the weekend mechanic did not tighten all of the bolts after a belt change, causing the car to be immobilized on a busy street less than a mile from the dealership. Simple human error. We all make mistakes; I get that. Dealer and service advisor appropriately acknowledged this was their fault, and are addressing it, and Erin was kind enough to ask after my daughter after the trauma of her being stranded on Airline Highway with cars all honking their horns at her. But paying $500 (full price) to change belts and then have days of hassle afterwards with no adjustment offered for admittedly faulty workmanship and inconvenience seems customer unfriendly and somewhat arrogant to me, especially since we have all of our Subarus dealer serviced. That's disappointing, but it is the first time I've been disappointed with Subaru in a decade, so I don't want to be unreasonable about it. I'm a huge Subaru fan, but I will probably avoid Saturday service in the future. More

The one minor gripe is that I mentioned at the beginning I had a coupon for 10% off and then we forgot to include it during checkout. Immediately after I asked if we could do something about it (would've saved me $50) and it was probably not worth the hassle to refund and then re-charge the service. He told me the coupon is good forever (which is good to know) but I also know that I'll get multiple other coupons before my next service. ¯\_(?)_/¯ More

I still made the decision to replace my clutch while the engine was removed. Set me up with a loaner car that was super helpful during the holidays.
