Great Experience. But awful signage. Trey was great, and I was happy that I didn't have to pay for a full calibration. The only negative is that finding the service department is a major pain. I rushed to make it on time for my 7:30 AM appointment. The only sign for service was a cryptical zig zag arrow. A guy out front waved me to the back. Nothing there, so I went out of the parking lot and ended up in the subdivision. I turned around, and found a guy washing a car across the street. He told me to go across the parking lot in the rear. I found the bays back there. The man there was kind enough to walk me back up to the showroom. It took me a full 10 minutes to get to the right place. C'mon guys. Spend a little on better signage. My dealer experience was very good, except for this important hiccup. I knocked a star off of an otherwise five star review. More

During that time, the techician notice several other things that needed to be addressed (tire plug, brake system fluid etc). We we told of the expense before hand and everything done that day. My wife had a courtesy Uber for pick-up service. Took a little longer than we expected. More
