We drove from Florida to Louisiana to purchase our 2020 Subaru Outback. The local Subaru dealers in Florida would not give a good deal, and would not get the exact Outback I wanted shipped to me. So I looked online, and found the exact car I had been wanting at Bryan Subaru. Rex and Andy prepared all of my paperwork before I arrived. We drove three hours the next day, and it took less than a couple hours at the dealership to sign everything. I never felt stressed, and they made us feel right at home. I highly recommend Rex when purchasing a car. He is very informative about the vehicle, listens and explains any questions you may have. More

I made an appointment twice and was told they couldn't help I had to come to Bryan Subaru 4 times. I had an appointment every time. 1st time- told I had 3 recalls instead of 1. Then told they didnt have enough I had to come to Bryan Subaru 4 times. I had an appointment every time. 1st time- told I had 3 recalls instead of 1. Then told they didnt have enough time to help me. 4th time - I made an appointment, but it wasnt even in their system, so I was told to come back next week. This is very frustrating because the original issue I had (squeaky fan/AC) was never fixed and still isn't fixed to this day. Why allow me to make appointments and give me an email confirmation when it clearly isnt confirmed. More

Oil change and phone repair I wanted my phone fixed and they gave me an excuse that it was a software problem. I paid a lot of money for this car and want this feature. I think I made a mistake buying this car and will not recommend it. I am 77 years old and this feature is necessary for me. More

Nap time at the service department The appointment started out well enough. I showed up 15 minutes early for a 10:45 appointment I made online for an oil change and tire rotation. Checking in was fairly quick, especially since I was early. The service advisor even asked me to confirm the services I wanted and caught that I had made a mistake in asking for a rotation and balance when I only wanted a rotation. This saved me some money and for that I am grateful. I asked about how long it would take and he said about an hour so I went for a walk. I got back to the dealership after 50 minutes and expected to wait a little so I started walking around the lot looking at cars. I noticed my car with in a bay across the street, I'm guessing at their sister Chevrolet dealership. I noticed no one was actively working on it at that time. After walking around the lot 30 minutes I walked across the street to confirm that I still hadn't seen anyone working on my car. I also notice my assigned service advisor sleeping in his car parked on the street dividing the dealerships. I went back in to the showroom to find another service advisor asleep at his desk. This would be the very first person someone walking in to the dealership via the service department doors would see. Not very professional. I walked around the showroom for another 20 minutes or so and my service advisor finally came around telling me my car was ready and apologized for the delay as they were "backed up". Considering I watched it sitting idle for 45 minutes the only conclusion I can come to is that it was ready but everyone was asleep for an hour which made my total time almost 2 hours. I was not impressed and I am undecided if I would return to this dealership for future sales or service. I will withhold the names of those I dealt with during this visit unless contacted directly for follow up. On a side note, I was also not provided with the multi-point inspection sheet I am accustomed to receiving with my invoice so I have no idea if one was completed or not. The invoice says it was completed but that wouldn't be the first false statement made by Bryan Subaru during this visit. More
