Big issue after service I am from upstate New York and was in New Orleans visiting family. Visited Bryan Subaru twice in one month. First visit was spectacular...second vis I am from upstate New York and was in New Orleans visiting family. Visited Bryan Subaru twice in one month. First visit was spectacular...second visit did not go as well. My service representative was very busy and the only way I could find out what was going on was to call him which I did frequently. I was anxious to get my car back because I was leaving for New York the next morning. I was able to get my car and thought everything was great. UNTIL...on my drive home the check engine light came on as well as several other warning lights on the dashboard. I was incredibly lucky to find a Subaru dealership near the highway and they were kind enough to service my car quickly. They surmised that while the car was at the dealership(BYAN"S) most likely codes were not erased as the service was done. Car was fine...after several stressful hours for me. Someone's carelessness caused me a lot of stress and worry and time on my way home . The BRYAN dealership was was accommodating to get my car in in a timely fashion so I do feel bad writing this not great review...but the carelessness of the technician is unacceptable. More

My service was great accept for when I had to return because lights on my dashboard came on. They were able to turn them off but when they aisled my Outback and gave it back it was cutting off and I was because lights on my dashboard came on. They were able to turn them off but when they aisled my Outback and gave it back it was cutting off and I was told it would stop which it did the next day. The problem was BEFORE I left I turned on the air conditioner and my Outback shut completely off and they still let me leave off the lot. Then when I was getting on the interstate I tried to turn the air on again and MY OUTBACK SHUT OFF AGAIN ON THE RAMP.. Do you know I could have been hurt if the car behind me didnt have good breaks. They could have done a better job explaining what Not to do while it was resetting or better yet, kept the vehicle A few minutes so it could aisle. I mean I spent a few hundreds there earlier that day and I expect to have an A-1 service no matter how many times I come through that door. But for me to be in danger like that yesterday was very unacceptable and not the Subaru way that I Thought I was suppose to receive. Again my initial visit was above average but my return visit was not handle with excellence which I deserve. Also I was made to feel as if it was my fault the lights came on instead of them taking some type of ownership of a possibility of it being their fault since they had the vehicle for 4 hours. I'm a great customer at any Subaru dealership I visit and I would like excellence every day all day even on return visits because this was Not my first return visit to this location. I like this location but I need them to step it up. Thank you. I would love to recommend people to visit this location but this location will have to do better on return visits. More
