I came in there with some head and brakelight problems and after a 90 minute analysis , your mechanics could not figure out the problem and Jeff who is very nice btw told me that they have take the 2 pa and after a 90 minute analysis , your mechanics could not figure out the problem and Jeff who is very nice btw told me that they have take the 2 panels out, check all the wires, and it could be 3 or 4 hours plus parts, I declined even though i had to put my screwdriver in emergency hatch to manually shift my car. I rode my car back to my other house in NY state where my mechanics found out the problem quickly , which was a faulty brake switch. it cost $175 to repair, and it probably might of been close to 750 to 1k there, I think your mechanics need to make some obvious deductions before TOTALLY relying on the computer to fix the car. It Clearly would of cost xxxx of a lot more to repair this there and for no real reason. But Jeff was so nice and so i'd be happy to come back in the future, I'm just giving you REAL feedback which some times people don't want to hear.
