Service was friendly, they were busy but helpful and patched my tire without charge (was delivered new with a screw in the tire or got it on the way home). They did forget to set the maintenance remind patched my tire without charge (was delivered new with a screw in the tire or got it on the way home). They did forget to set the maintenance reminder and my patched tire had only 25 psi and a low tire pressure warning when I drove off. Did not have time to go back to get it handled & filled at home. Brought my Subaru Forester in for work on the control arms on 8/16. Less than a month later while driving I began noticing a metallic popping sound coming from the front of the car every time I hit a bum arms on 8/16. Less than a month later while driving I began noticing a metallic popping sound coming from the front of the car every time I hit a bump. My family and I had evacuated for Hurricane Ida and wanted to get the car looked at for the popping noise before we drove back home. We took it in to a local mechanic shop and are lucky we did, because both control arm bolts were so loose they were about to fall out. It is more likely than not that we would have lost an entire wheel had we drove home without getting it checked beforehand. I don't know if it was a new mechanic at Bryan Subaru or what, but the sheer negligence could have seriously harmed not only the vehicle but more importantly my family. More
