Great service every time I go in. They always tell me what is needed and if I can't afford everything at once, they tell me which service is the most important. Tire fell off car due to mechanic error.After my car Tire fell off car due to mechanic error. After my car was serviced, I had to turn right back around because a wheel was put back on incorrectly. Car was making noise every since, so I booked an appointment with the dealership a few weeks later, as the noise persisted and my car was getting poor gas mileage. At said appointment, they could not replicate the noise, and said that my gas mileage was due to my driving style, despite insisting that something was wrong with the car. Three days later, the entire wheel fell off my car while driving. I called in to the service department, and was told to call Subaru roadside, as opposed to them helping me out. After waiting EIGHT hours for a tow truck, I had to go rent a car. What made this issue worse was that I was in the middle of a work affair, and dealing with this caused me to miss a deadline, which was costly to me. In addition, hurricane Ida evacuations were happening, causing me to get stuck with a rental car for two weeks. They offered a loaner to me during the last hour, which I was not capable of picking up due to work. When I finally got the car back, they claimed they had no idea why the tire fell off, and since I had drove 700mi (I drive 300+ miles a week), they insisted that it was nothing they had done. However, my tow truck driver and another reference said that most likely, the lugs were overtightened severely. I was offered no compensation for rental car fees even, and they claimed they were "pretty generous" by not charging me for the repairs (I also just purchased a 10 year extended warranty through the dealership). Truly terrible experience. More
