A few years back I would’ve recommended this dealership without reservation, and have in fact sent several people over. I have personally purchased 2 vehicles there myself. However, a few observations gi without reservation, and have in fact sent several people over. I have personally purchased 2 vehicles there myself. However, a few observations give me pause. The first is the addition of addendum stickers. This was not done when I purchased my last two Hondas. If unfamiliar, addendum stickers include a bunch of xx things that they wish to charge you for that are not required. This gives them a high starting point in order to make customers feel like they got a great deal if they end up anywhere near MSRP. When recently shopping for a car for my daughter I noticed this practice. I quickly learned to not even bother if there’s an addendum. I found this not to be an issue when shopping at higher volume dealerships in the Raleigh area and chose to buy there instead this time. My other issue with them is a fairly recent practice of having sales call me every time my wife brings her vehicle in for service. That’s off putting. My wife likes her service advisor, Anna, so we’ve put up with it thus far. However, this will definitely make me think hard before engaging in business with them again. At a minimum, I wouldn’t establish a relationship with their service department. But if that’s the case, I might as well buy elsewhere anyway. This practice continues despite twice complaining about unnecessary sales calls. More
