I have bought two new cars from Bryan Honda in the past couple of years. Owen Widman was the salesman and David Johnson was the financial person for both sales. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and personal care my wife and I received from both of these gentlemen throughout the process. Both obviously know what they are doing and have the relational skills to give you confidence in your purchase and put you at ease at the same time. I have complete confidence in this dealership as a result and would recomment Bryan Honda to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the service department on numerous occasions as well. More
I would highly recommend this dealer to buy a used car. I bought a 2007 CR-V EX-L. I drove from Durham because they price their used cars aggressively low, and the car I purchased was a great deal. Bryan was great to deal with, and he was kind enough to stay after closing time to save me an additional trip to Fayetteville. I figured that a used Honda being sold at a Honda dealership would be in very good shape, so I purchased the car without having my mechanic look at it. The next day, i drove it to my mechanic, and he said it was in great shape (as I expected). It was a great vehicle at a great price, and there was great customer service. I will say that they offered me a pretty low value on my trade-in, so I decided to sell it on my own. But one should expect that if a dealership sells used cars for very cheap, they must offer low trade-in values, or else they wouldn't make any money. So it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall, I give the experience an A+, and it was well worth the drive from the triangle. More

Bought a 2012 honda pilot at the end of September through the USAA car buying program. Kevin McGirt was our salesperson. He was easy to deal with and never pushy. We got a fair value on our trade and a great deal on the new pilot. It is a month later and i just purchased an accord today, using USAA prgram again. Dealt with Kevin again and had the same great experience as the last time. He got me a great deal and never hesitated to ensure I was happy. Kevin really does take care of the customer. I would definitely recommend Kevin to my family and friends for getting the best deal without the typical car sales pitch. More

I was looking for a Van at the east coast so I can take my family for an Across A Be aware of the hidden cost!!!!!!!!!! I am from Vancouver Canada. I was looking for a Van at the east coast so I can take my family for an Across America tour. I found a Van on the Craigslist advertised by this dealer. I e-mailed Steve and he was responsive. After several e-mails talking about the details of this Van, all the sudden, they wanted $500 dollars more as "Customer Service Charge". I was very unhappy about this hidden cost. And Steve told me this "hidden cost" is "a standard that all dealers do". Also, he told me that they include this "Customer Serice Charge" in all the advertising, which is not true. I went back to the ads they put on the Craigslist and also checked other ads they put on autotrader.com and found no such information. This is very bad business practice and unethic. Everyone, please double check the hidden charge before you do business with this dealer!!!! More
Overall friendly service. Very upset that on 30 Jul 11 I looked at a 2008 Honda Odessey and was quoted a price by the sales manager of $25,900, I went home to think it over. When I returned on 1 Aug 11 at looked at a 2008 Honda Odessey and was quoted a price by the sales manager of $25,900, I went home to think it over. When I returned on 1 Aug 11 at 10 am to purchase the vehicle, it was told to me that a mistake had been made and I would actually have to pay $27,900 if I wanted the vehicle, I left. I'd like to think people are mostly honest, and this was an honest mistake. However, this is a "mistake" that wasted my time and there were many opportunities to catch this mistake, at the very least when they realized the mistake, they could have called me to prevent me from driving back to the dealership, that is good service even if it is counterpreductive to selling cars. The car only books clean retail for $26,000 NADA, so I feel the quote of $25,900 was not a mistake. Based on this experience I would not recommend this dealership. More
