The one thing I can say about Rasheed is that he did not pressure me during this process. I really appreciated that. I found the perfect car for my son and was going to purchase it but I had somewhere I needed to be after I found the car. Rasheed said no problem...let me talk to the manager and see what we can do because I know you want that car for your son. Rasheed and the manager said that I could come back that Monday and they would have the paperwork ready, the car cleaned and have me on my way. That is what I call great customer service. Shawn made me feel like an old friend. He was very helpful with the purchase of my new Honda Civic.
