Brubaker's is who I turn to when my 2012 van needs anything. It now has nearly 200,000 miles and the alternator decided to stop working on the way out of Philly. I called Brubaker's and they were hone anything. It now has nearly 200,000 miles and the alternator decided to stop working on the way out of Philly. I called Brubaker's and they were honest and told me they did not think I could make it back to Lancaster, but after speaking to a few dealers in the Philly area decided to try. The van died 13 miles from Lancaster and had to be towed in. They fixed it on Monday, provided a loaner for me to get home for the weekend. Great service and help when you need it most. Thanks! More
