WIth so many things happening in todays world,You have the stress from here , from there. My stomach was in a knot going on.( Im an over thinker) This would be my 2nd Jeep Wrangler purchase from Browns and I have to tell you , Luck was on my side that day , I walked in ,I was assigned Sal to help me and from that moment on ,, As Ms Streisand would say " it was butter!",,Its kinda crazy the whole transaction , felt nothing like a transaction , This was a dude who was gonna help me get , what i truly believe is my dream truck, Never once did i feel i was being taken advantage of, lied to or any of those salesman stereotypes you hear about . But what really sticks with me, is when he gave me the car,,,You could sense he was truly happy for me, and it was genuine , and that's priceless. Not only would I recommend Browns and but I would highly recommend SAL, and I hope that Browns realizes what an asset they have , to have him as part of there team.. From the moment we were introduced to Kenny, he was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. During the signing on our 2013 Chrysler Town & Country, I was upset to learn our payments were more than expected. Mr. Reilly understood our financial limits and was able to take the price of the vehicle down a bit to make sure we left happy. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience thanks to Kenny and Bill and we will certainly recommend them to all who are in the market for a new vehicle. Bought a new Dodge Caliber just under two years ago from this dealership from Will Reilly, very nice and honest salesman. Well my son who just turned 15 was getting a little to big to fit in the back seat h this dealership from Will Reilly, very nice and honest salesman. Well my son who just turned 15 was getting a little to big to fit in the back seat he is 6'2" so we stopped by the dealership the other day and the same salesman happened to be working recognizing us from our previous sale was very impressive, We spoke with him for a while and believe me he does not look to BS you and get a sale or just answer your questions and get you out the door, so after looking at a few vehicles and a few test rides we settled for a 2013 Journey SXT with the extra row of seating, next step was to figure out pricing, well he made it a no brainer to trade in our Caliber and purchase this Journey and keeping the cost well with in our limits, If you sit with Will Reilly for a short time you will feel as if you have known him for twenty years, we have been very happy with the dealership service for the past two years on the Caliber, they are always polite, neat and very clean, we have even gotten the car back cleaner than it was before we brought it in for the last oil change. They keep a good line of communication open with their customers with follow up e-mails and phone calls, always send out coupons for services, we have found it cheaper to have the oil changes done at the dealer than by some kid working at jiffy lube, the guy at the dealer takes a little more pride in his work I feel. I can go on and on but I will stop here and recommend William Reilly as top salesman if you ever stop in there even if it is to just kick some tires ask for Will, thank you from a loyal customer, Bob Wallace. Our experience at Brown's was a very pleasant and encouraging one. Mel stayed late with us and put in his time to make sure we got what we wanted. The whole process didn't take long and the only wait that we had was for other departments within the dealership. Our new car was being inspected when we arrived, so we had some extra time to wait, but we didn't mind because all of the employees came to greet our son and make sure we were happy. Mel also stayed late to make sure my husband learned a few of the features that were necessary to know right off the bat. It was a great experience all around and we are very happy with our purchase. We would return to Brown's for service and for sales. (Their service department is open until midnight. Great, right?) More
