Was out shopping around for a new jeep at several dealerships across Long Island and stopped by Browns with my wife. We were glad to run into him by the end because he was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was very happy to answer all of our questions. He talked to us for a while, while we were weighing options and unlike most dealers that just want to make the biggest sale possible, and get on to the next customer, he was open and honest about any downsides to options we were considering, and helped us find a vehicle that met the criteria we were looking for and fell in our target price range. In the end, we ended up walking out with a brand new jeep we were very happy with that James gave us an amazing deal on. I have bought many cars in my life, and have talked to many different dealers, but James was by far the best. I highly recommend anybody going to this dealership to ask for him. Dodge and Jeep are both excellent and reliable brands that I will continue to stick with in the future, and I will surely go back and talk to James for my future trade ins. -Dave and Leslie More

Not only were the sales people apparently disinterested in making a sale (as demonstrated by making me wait ~45min for assistance), but they were rude, trying to convince me that I did not want the truck that I wanted or features that I wanted. They were, in essence, too pushy, and concentrated on getting rid of their stock. I will further mention that it was Smith Haven Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/RAM that was most rude. Getting into the experience at Brown's, I would firstly like to thank Jermal Blanco (Mel) for his patience and willingness to hear me out and find the truck that I actually wanted with all the features that I wanted as well. I might even go as far as admitting that I was a somewhat difficult customer, but to Mel's credit, we were able to find a truck that I am 100% satisfied with. I would highly recommend Brown's for Mel's professionalism, courtesy, and personability, and I believe that these qualities extend to all of Brown's. Mel turned the generally painful and tedious new car purchase experience into a pleasant one, and for that I am truly thankful. Brown's is officially our new favorite dealership.
