We were looking for a new Town and Country to replace our old one. I had gone online to the Brown's dealership website and requested an 'e-price' for one that was in their inventory. When we got to the dealership, we were greeted promptly and introduced to Harry, the salesman. At no time did we feel any pressure to upgrade to a more expensive model, or to add any unwanted extras to the one we had picked. We already had a pre-approval for a loan, and Brown's was able to beat the interest rate, and even found a bi-weekly loan that would enable us to pay off the car 5 months early and save us some $$ in interest. Would I recommend Brown's? You bet! Will I bring my car there for servicing? You bet. The car was prepped beautifully. We felt very comfortable at all times. Harry was always very polite, and personable. As was Bill, the gentleman in finance. Almost wish we could afford another new car! More

Salesman was ok, but financial manager (Rich Ruhs) lied and said my credit score from Chrysler financial was B rating which resulted in higher monthly price for car. Total lie, because I called Chrysler an and said my credit score from Chrysler financial was B rating which resulted in higher monthly price for car. Total lie, because I called Chrysler and they said not true, I received the best rate. Also purchased my credit score from TransUnion and scored in the 900s. Stay away from this dealership, they are crooks. I gave them the opportunity to compensate me for the difference but they did not even return my call. UPDATE: A manager from Browns contacted me to resolve the issue. Mr. Neikam explained what had happened and that it was a communication problem on their side and also said Browns will compensate me for the difference. Mr. Neikam assured me that I was not lied to and that this was purely human error. Thank you Mr. Neikam. More

Scott went above and beyond the call of duty when I came to purchase a car. I came with an extremely active four-year old and a screaming one-year old. I will also add that I was at the dealership from late morning to after 5pm trying out vehicles. This salesman kept a smile on his face and entertained my girls the entire time!!! He also made sure the pickup was completed in a timely manner and that the vehicle looked beautiful when my husband, two kids and I came to get the jeep...He rectified any issues/concerns I had right away.
