I went to Browns yesterday and from the moment I walked in I had a great experience. I was greeted right away by the salesman Robert Riker and immediately felt welcome. With in 10 minutes of visiting Browns website and requesting an e-price my phone rang with a salesman offering me to come in and test drive a 2014 Ram. When I arrived at Browns the truck I wanted to look at was already waiting for me and Kristin and Rob met me within 5 minutes of my arrival. Rob Rilcer was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and was very attentive to me needs and wants in the vehicle. Rob was constantly in contact with everyday throughout the entire process.
