Overall experience was excellent….. My original appointment was with Michael Koz, unfortunately, my wife and I were running late and Michael was with another customer. Instead of making us wait Mi appointment was with Michael Koz, unfortunately, my wife and I were running late and Michael was with another customer. Instead of making us wait Michael introduced us to Robert Riker Jr. which I found very unselfish knowing the salesmen work on commission. Robert did an awesome job, buying a new car at times could be very frustrating if a dealership is not upfront and honest with their customers. This was not the case with Robert he was friendly and transparent during the process. I definitely recommend friends and family to Browns and send them directly to Robert. After leasing my first Jeep in Connecticut and recently moving to NY I was bit nervous and unsure what it would be like trading in my lease and getting something new. Mel was fantastic. He was already at work delivering another custom's new vehicle when he picked up my call sometime around 1pm. I was shopping around to purchase a new Ram 1500 Big Horn. When Mel answe another custom's new vehicle when he picked up my call sometime around 1pm. I was shopping around to purchase a new Ram 1500 Big Horn. When Mel answered the phone, he took his time to gather the details of what I was looking for. Mel said that he would call me back. Not only did Mel call back, but we spoke a few times through-out the day solidifying details on one truck that fit the bill that he had on the lot. I called back around 4pm and said, "I'm on my way to buy the truck". My wife and I arrived around 5:30pm (even knowing that the dealership was closing at 6 pm). Mel was there waiting and had the truck already prepared with a new inspection sticker and ready for me to take for a test drive. After lots of paper-work and Mel calling Allstate to get the new truck added to my policy, we were finished (around 7 - 7:30pm). I love the truck and more importantly, the FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE that Mel provided. I learned something that day about how to deliver TRUE customer service. Review Walked in and was interested in buying a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Went back in and waited for a dealer to talk to me. many sitting at their desk looked up and just keep doing whatever they were doing!!! waited about 15 minutes and was ready to walk out when Ken came back in from helping another customer and asked if I needed any help! Talked to him and ended up buying a brand new Jeep. If not for Ken your dealership almost lost a sale!!!!. Between Ken and Rich's friendliness doing the paperwork I was extremely please doing business with your dealership!!!!They both talked to me not down to me, and made me more a friend than a customer, More

Although I knew other dealers had the inventory in stock, it was more important to me to work with a dealer who had a good reputation. We're glad we did. Rob, our salesman, was easy to talk with, and didn't give the high-pressure sale. Bill, out finance guy, was great. He explained all terms of our financing, and was very comfortable and not-rushed!
