Due to one of our busiest service seasons, (the summer season), we had to regretfully change our policy to only service vehicles that were purchased here. As we take care of our customers, we will still offer service to any customer that has any emergency breakdown regardless of where it was purchased. Our hope is, as we add more service technicians to handle our increased business, we will change our policy back to the way it was. Our ultimate goal at Browns is to take care of the customer. I didn't know about your dealership really until one of your customers who I work with said how well he has been treated by your dealership and said call them they will take care of your truck also. He has bought a truck there every few years for a long time. I would have brought my truck there also, just didn't come to mind... So when I called and was told that I couldn't come there I was quite upset as I have never heard of this before. I understand taking care of your customers first but to be just told flat out NO was very strange to me.. (Reviewer has read this message)
