Horrible customer service, would not work on my vehicle I needed to bring my jeep in for a transmission problem covered under warranty, they told me to drop it off as an emergency drop off and they would ge I needed to bring my jeep in for a transmission problem covered under warranty, they told me to drop it off as an emergency drop off and they would get to it within a few days. When I got there, the service writer was rude and nasty to me, and said since I didn't buy it there they wouldn't service it. It took 10 minutes or arguing to get the service managers name, who he said wasn't there. After writing an email explaining my story the service manager called me back and told me they are too busy with existing customers and could not take in my truck, despite being referred there by 3 personal friends of his and mine. I'm sending my truck to port jeff since I don't have any other choice and will buy my next vehicle there since Browns doesn't want my business. More
Obnoxious service policy I bought my Challenger here in 2012. My daughter recently bought a Cherokee from a different dealer, as did my wife when she bought a Liberty. It makes sense to have all 3 Chrysler products serviced at the same dealer, but I was told by the owner that they would only service cars they themselves sold. So, if I need to use a different service department, the I'll use them for all my cars. After all, nobody else on Long Island thinks so much of themselves (with NO justification, in my experience there) that they turn up their nose when a customer wants to bring them more business. More

Ii is kind of funny that when a person who wants to try a service center get rejected, lets see..They may use the service and say wow that was great I will definitely buy my next vehicle from them and become a customer for life. But turn them away and lose the potential future sales is just stupid. More

He is a true professional, fully prepared to handle any question you may throw at him regarding a new vehicle. Beyond that he listens to what you are looking for and is intends to put you in the right vehicle for your needs. This is not my first new vehicle but I can say that Will is by far the best salesman I have dealt with in my life. He goes above and beyond, is a straightshooter, and works with you to make it all work out in the end. We bought the new truck from Will and he followed up with a phone call in two days to make sure everything was Ok and that we were happy with the new truck. A true professional and one whom I would have no problem refferring friends, family, anyone to go see if they are looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

I was aiming to get a Jeep because I like bigger cars and I was searching for used car dealers because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of buying an extremely used car on Craig's List. I went to Brown's with my parents and Rich Liquori was in the parking lot and he came to help us. He was really nice and extremely helpful. We told him we wanted to come back the next day to drive the Jeep I liked and he referred us to Charlie Kennedy because Rich was going to be out. Charlie helped us out and we drove the Jeep. There was a problem with the coil pack that we could all feel. True to his word, Charlie had the Jeep sent in for service, inspected and fixed. The car is beautiful, I drove it home last night and I'm completely in love. Everyone there was so helpful and I can't thank Charlie and Rich enough. Definitely go get a car from them. More
Above and Beyond After losing my Jeep in an accident I was scrambling for a new one in the middle of summer on Long Island when everyone wants a Jeep for the beach. I After losing my Jeep in an accident I was scrambling for a new one in the middle of summer on Long Island when everyone wants a Jeep for the beach. I couldn't find one that fit my needs anywhere. Rich Liquori promised to search high and low until he found one. In under a week I drove away in a Jeep. Rich went above and beyond to put my family and I at ease assuring us time and again that between the two of us we will find something that works. At no point did he try to unload something else on me or push me in a direction I didn't want to go. He knew exactly what I wanted, did his best to find it, and put me in it in seven days. The buying process itself took no time at all to complete with zero pressure from the sales manager. He simply explained my loan and warranty options and left the decisions up to me. No winded sales pitches, no hidden agendas, no awkward desperation. That's what Brown's was for me. With such an apparently successful business there's no need to be shady. Everything is on the table from that first handshake, which is a rare thing to be sure. Thanks again to Rich and the entire sales team at Brown's for being instrumental in turning a nightmare into a dream. More
