Also went out of his way to direct me to the service department to have the key fob programed. He introduced me to my service person, Nick who was going to handle the programing of the fob to my car. I have purchased all my other cars and mini van from them through the years and I am a long standing customer. When I called to have my truck serviced they refused to service me because I didn’t buy the truck from them. I now need to pay extra to have the truck towed to a dealer that is further from my home. All they cared about is selling a car to you and don’t care if you are a repeat customer. More

He was pretty upset and yelling at the service manager behind the counter. The service manager sat there and was yelling back. This was very uncomfortable for my husband and I who were waiting on our appointment to get an oil change done. Never should a employee, especially a service manager stoop to that level. It was very unprofessional and uncomfortable for my husband and I, who were standing in the room. The customer then left and ran over a cone in the parking lot. The service manager then laughed about it. Just terrible service. I will not return to this dealer as this is not my only bad experience with the service department. More

We've been talking about upgrading his current pick-up as it was already 13 years old. We were approached by Adam in the lot as he observed us admiring the 2019 Ram. Adam is sharp and extremely witty on his detailed knowledge of all Ram body styles and specs. This is when we took the thought of purchasing a new truck into fruition. Test driving the Ram exceeded our expectations from how it handled and quality of the interior/exterior. We ran into a small problem when our initial truck choice wasn't within our means for purchase. This is when Adam immediately communicated to my bf that he had other inventory that could meet price and wish list. We returned on 6/17 and was provided an available RAM that was amazing. Since having to start over with all of the paperwork on the new truck, Adam consistently offered his apologies for the delay and would expedite the process that he had control of. Now started the waiting game for our loan match...less than 30 minutes later we were approached by Adam and Richie with congratulatory hugs. Richie was able to secure us a very low finance rate. Many words come to mind when describing our experience; quick and clear communication both in text messages and in-person, certainly no games, final price was reduced without haggling, no last-minute surprises, staff were professional, hilarious at times and always polite, and most importantly- attentive to our needs. Adam went above & beyond. He never gave up on us in the process. Richie knew the importance of getting us that loan. The rest of the surrounding deal staff were kind and friendly, even when we brought our 5 month old puppy along with us :-). I am in the health-care industry and practice the same level of compassion and dedication to our patients. There is no difference in our work to provide exemplary customer service. I hope that Mr. Gary Brown will read this review and know that his successful family business roots from his dedicated, hard-working staff. Don’t buy extended warranty Spent almost 7,000 dollars on an extended warranty that is supposed to be bumper to bumper except maintenance items only to find out that my defrost a Spent almost 7,000 dollars on an extended warranty that is supposed to be bumper to bumper except maintenance items only to find out that my defrost actuator is not covered than they call and ask saying that the tech has the dashboard all apart can we keep it overnight because they have to order parts and no we don’t have a curtesy car for you I was planning on buying my wife a Jeep will not be going to this dealership I will bring my business to a different dealer from now on More
Make an appointment? What for? Made an appointment for service. At the time, I had to wit 3 weeks for the appointment. Showed up at 9AM like advised. After being placed on hold for over 17 minutes, I had to call back to get someones attention. The operator told me the service manager was too busy with in shop customers to tell me whats going on. I got a call back sometime later and the car wasn't even looked at. Not even a call from Gloria to let me know that there was a delay. This is my 3rd time here. each experience was worse than the last. I bought 3 cars here. It will be my last. Go elsewhere More
GREAT DEALERSHIP I went into this dealership with no knowledge of anything with buying a new car. I had brought a friend along with me who was good with cars. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed by Belce, she was such an amazing and sweet women with such experience with cars and selling cars. She worked very hard to get me approved for my car loan by myself and I really appreciated that from her. She never did not reach out or call me if something came up. She always answered me in a timely manner and got me the car I wanted in less then a week! She was so nice and so sweet and I would reccomend her to any one of my friends and family members. She explained everything to me about the warranty and everything that would be included with my car. And made me feel very comfortable about what she was saying. I met with Vinny about the loan and he was such a big help and he put so much effort to me getting approved!! Such a great dealership!! Thank you again Browns! More
Stay Away Nothing but disappointment. Went to pick up my barely pre owned vehicle. Rear bumper was scratched, which I did not complain about, but my running boa Nothing but disappointment. I would have really appreciated a call. I have now had the truck a month with no resolution after they signed a paper promising me to replace the running board. I keep getting the run around. Manager Keith called me last week and promised a call by the next day by 10:30 am with resolution and never received call back. I should have walked away and gave my business to a dealer that actually cares to satisfy their customer after they damaged a vehicle. Instead of fixing a simple issue right away i've had to hound the dealer about this issue and still have no resolution. More
Never buy a vehicle from this dealership I bought three cars from here a dodge caravan then bought a dodge dart after that I bought a jeep wrangler. I went in bought jeep first test drive I said this clutch feels a little weird so I said if I have any problems with this clutch I was told to not to worry it will be covered thru you extended warranty i drove 10,000 miles i sure enough the clutch blows i get it towed to browns just to find out the they lied to me and the clutch is going to cost 2000 to replace and not covered. From my experience DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. More

I recently purchased a dodge durango from this dealership with a chip in the windshield and a tear in the leather- I was promised that some one would I recently purchased a dodge durango from this dealership with a chip in the windshield and a tear in the leather- I was promised that some one would call me to schedule the repairs ( for free) within a few days. 2 months later several unreturned phone calls and a car with a tire that should have never passed inspection because it had a plug in the side wall I show up to the dealer to make sure I get it all repaired. I get taken directly to service to get taken care of the same day and told it would take 1 hour- I was made to wait 3 hours (9 months pregnant with a three year old!!!). I do not have a problem with the service but I was lied to repeatedly by the same sales person!!!!!!! As a courtesy they should have replaced BOTH old front tires but they only replaced one!!!! I understand everyone has to make a living but not by treating people poorly!!!! More
