My first car buying experience I bought a 2014 Dodge charger from Mel. I actually met him while my mom was looking at jeeps and he helped us out, we ended up not getting the jeep (g I bought a 2014 Dodge charger from Mel. I actually met him while my mom was looking at jeeps and he helped us out, we ended up not getting the jeep (got a toyota highlander for size) but when I was looking for a car I really liked Mel and wanted to go back to him. It was my first car, and I came in with a great deal from another competing dealership's online posting asking if they could match it. It was pretty much no problem, the car had to be brought in from another dealership. It was the exact car I wanted and I got it for a great price with little to no hassle. I also really enjoyed the finance guy Rich (I don't know his last name). He was entertaining and easy going and offered to leave the room to give me and my dad time to think about options. He didn't give a lot of the BS some finance people will do. Overall it was a great experience and I love my new car! More

When I walk in the door at Browns I don't get the "we can't help look" or "now what look?" before I even ask. September 10th I brought my Dodge Ram into the dealership where Alexa greeted me with a smile and a can do attitude. I never had a doubt that she and the rest of the night crew would get me back on the road. This is a tough business. People don't come into service dept., for the most part, happy. Usually it is to get something broke fixed. My truck has over 100,000 miles on it. I have never had a bad experience with the service people at Brown's.
