Will Reilly was very professional and knowledgeable about all the vehicles that I had questions about, he was also very friendly and I didn't feel rushed like he was trying to get me out the door to make another sale. The finace guy was also very good with explaining all the paperwork that I was signing with the purchase. My next vehicle will be coming from Browns and I would recommend the same for friends and family. More

He's got a terrific personality and is definitely good at what he does. He didn't have to "oversell" at all. He was very easy going and was a pleasure to deal with. I bought the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT Red Vapor on the spot. They had sold the one on the lot the day before. Will contacted another dealer and picked up the car himself from the dealer for me the next day. When I arrived to pick it up, all was organized and in order. Will went over all the bells and whistles with me and brought me back to the Billing department. Everyone was truly a pleasure to work with. There is a reason these guys get voted best dealer. Although there is a dealer closer to my house, I can totally see myself driving the extra 40 miles for service just to hang out with this group of folks ! Great experience. I'm sure Will and I will be friends for a long time coming ! More

Best car buying experience I have ever had! Jermal "Mel" Blanco Is one of the best salesman at Browns. He made buying my 2015 Ram Sport a breeze. Not only did he allow our 19 month old daughter Jermal "Mel" Blanco Is one of the best salesman at Browns. He made buying my 2015 Ram Sport a breeze. Not only did he allow our 19 month old daughter to kick him out of his desk to watch Thomas The Train each time we were there, he also stayed with us until 10:30 pm the night we picked up the truck because the pinpad on their credit card machine had stopped working and everyone else had left for the evening. He sat on the phone for over an hour with the credit card processors customer support trying to troubleshoot the problem so i didn't have to go home without my new truck. In my opinion Browns is a great dealership and not pushy at all like other dealerships I've been to. We got an awesome deal and the staff make you feel at home. More

We will never have our vehicles serviced here again My father has been a loyal service customer since 2009. He loved how he could just drive in and be helped without having to call in, knowing they woul My father has been a loyal service customer since 2009. He loved how he could just drive in and be helped without having to call in, knowing they would take care of him. Whenever one of the service consultants would suggest additional maintenance, he ALWAYS agreed to it. He went into the service department a few weeks ago and was TURNED away. He was told that in order to be helped he had to have an appointment. This would have made sense if the service department was busy however my father was the only person in the waiting room. My father will never go to the dealership for service ever again for the simple fact they dismissed him and didn't even try to check for available appointments for that day. There was a severe lack of professionalism. This all could of been avoided and they could of salvaged his service loyalty. Extremely disappointed and disgusted, no one even called him to apologize even after he politely expressed his discontent to the service consultant. More
