He's got a terrific personality and is definitely good at what he does. He didn't have to "oversell" at all. He was very easy going and was a pleasure to deal with. I bought the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT Red Vapor on the spot. They had sold the one on the lot the day before. Will contacted another dealer and picked up the car himself from the dealer for me the next day. When I arrived to pick it up, all was organized and in order. Will went over all the bells and whistles with me and brought me back to the Billing department. Everyone was truly a pleasure to work with. There is a reason these guys get voted best dealer. Although there is a dealer closer to my house, I can totally see myself driving the extra 40 miles for service just to hang out with this group of folks ! Great experience.
