I highly recommend Mike if your in the market for a new or pre-owned car or truck. The service is amazing at Browns. There’s nothing like starting the New Year with a new vehicle from a great dealer like Browns and an outstanding salesman like Mike. 5 stars across the board. More

Awful experience I recently bought (financed) a 2018 white Jeep Wrangler with 6,000 and change miles on the vehicle, it was my first time buying a new/used vehicle. Du I recently bought (financed) a 2018 white Jeep Wrangler with 6,000 and change miles on the vehicle, it was my first time buying a new/used vehicle. During my test drive with my salesman, when I exceeded 30 miles per hour I lost complete power steering. I asked my salesman about this and he told me "it's just a jeep thing," that clearly was not the case. I believed the salesman because I don't know anything about Jeeps. I eventually purchased the vehicle later on the day, a few days later the problem continued to happen, I called browns service department and brought the vehicle in, I received my vehicle back within in 2 hours, the service department explained that some cable wires had to be adjusted, I was sent home in the Jeep. 2 weeks later the same issued occurred, I called browns again and brought my Jeep back in for service, my Jeep was in the shop for 3 months from March 4th, 2020 to June 2nd, 2020. A bunch of parts were replaced. A week later the same problem happened and another problem on top of the power steering issue, along with losing power steering after exceeding 30mph, now when I put my car in reverse or drive my Jeep is jumping to get into gear. This is the third time I have brought my Jeep in for the same problem and now another problem of top of it, this can now be considered and Lemonlaw case, my Jeep is a lemon car. Not only was I sold a faulty vehicle I was sent home 3 times in a dangerous vehicle. I have been making payments on a vehicle that I am not driving, I've had a loaner jeep for more then 3 months. They answered every question I had and the negotiation was easy. This was a no pressure environment which is rare with a dealership on Long Island. Next time I buy, they will be the first stop and I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle. More
If I could leave no stars I would. Beyond disappointing buyer beware purchased a preowned vehicle that is not certified and they never even changed the oil. Brought my van in for key fob low issues twice a buyer beware purchased a preowned vehicle that is not certified and they never even changed the oil. Brought my van in for key fob low issues twice and they never addressed it the first time. Second time they wanted money, my hood was bubbling and my auto body guy said its corroding. The job we were told takes 4 days they had my van 2 weeks and when we picked it up it was disgusting and dirty. What auto body doesnt cleaned the outside after the work is completed. Also the doors and TVs freeze up definitely was never serviced or looked over to qualify as preowned and certified. NEVER AGAIN. More
Another great sales experience. Brian Nivelo was my salesman. I was returning my old 2017 lease and wanted to lease another 2020 Grand Cherokee. Brian was not pushy, was sensitive to my timetable. He also honored my request to handle most business matters by email rather than by phone. He took the time to explain the new features and walk me through everything. He even set up my phone. Tom in finance was also great. No pressure what so ever for extras, and the paperwork couldn’t have been smoother. He took the time to answer all my questions regarding the paperwork and explained to me what I was signing. This was another pleasant experience (this was my 3rd lease with Browns) that went quickly and without any hiccups. Employee pricing and great rebate incentives resulted in my lease of 2020 Grand Cherokee Limited. More
Two days I showed up for the express lube and wasn’t able to get service. Once was because they were working on something and second day they had another vehicle getting work on it other than an oil cha able to get service. Once was because they were working on something and second day they had another vehicle getting work on it other than an oil change. Very frustrating and a weird lady behind the counter. I went to a different dealer and they’ll be getting a five star rating for their service! More
Customer Service and Dept is horrible....Run Hello, We have purchased 4 to 5 Jeeps from this location and we have never encountered such rude people in the Service department. My wife brought h Hello, We have purchased 4 to 5 Jeeps from this location and we have never encountered such rude people in the Service department. My wife brought her Jeep in two weeks ago for an inspection and also to check the heat for the Jeep was blowing out cold air only. She spoke to Chris in service who I believe might be a manager. This was at 7 pm during the week and my wife was going to wait. After an hour and a half they told her that the Jeep failed inspection and someone else must have worked on the Jeep and reset the computer. You believe it they are the only ones that work on the Jeep!! Really?? At that time she was told they could not do the heat that she would need to drive some 100 miles for a reset and make an appoint to come back. The appointment was for this past Saturday at 930AM and I am back for the inspection and to fix the heat. The customer service employee that that they don't carry the part and they are not open on the weekend. Why did not tell us this when we made the appointment. Then when I told him I would need a loaner he said we don't have any. When I raised my voice the manager came out and said "did you the car here" Really?? Of course yes and said we have cars... To the service attendant who told me we have no loaners you are a liar. Then on Monday he calls me with the estimate and I authorized the work and he said I can have someone do it tonight for we carry the part... Really?? But couldn't do it Saturday... Now its Wednesday I never got a call that the car is completed I called at 6PM they told me it was done. I go there and guess what? the inspection was not done... You cannot make this stuff up. Long Service hours doesn't mean great service.... It just means more time to jerk you around...I don't think the Browns are still running this business or anyway associated with the dealership. From the first jeep we have purchased to the one we have now I am said to said there service has greatly declined. This dealership might be convenient for you but it doesn't mean you are getting what you paid for. Security Dodge and Jeep here we come. PS they told me they don't need my business... Really its cheaper to keep a customer than it is to get a new one. More

I put the vehicl My mother owns a 2016 jeep cherokee. I did one of the rear brakes and rotor and couldn't finish the other one due to time restraints. I put the vehicle back into normal mode from brake mode and take it to my mechanic the next day to finish it (I couldn't be bothered for a few days so I decided to bite 50 bucks). They said it couldn't go into the service mode. Brought it to here. The woman, Michelle, mentioned that the caliper was seized, actuator was shot and made me pay 140 dollars or so as a "diagnosis fee". They finally get the truck in and it winds up that they misdiagnosed and the caliper is fine, but apparently a line going into the actuator was pulled on both ends, new actuator and the brake job on the other side plus reseting the EPB through their dealer hookup to UConnect and apparently reconfiguring it due to the difference in thicknesses of rotors messes the computer up and you have to do everything at once or leave it jacked up over night and in brake service mode until you finish. She told me one price and then misdiagnosed and comes to me with another price that's even more money. A small electrical line is almost a hundred dollars. Their labor cost per hour is 160 according to my cute little 1100 total bill. For replacing an actuator, an electrical line, and a brake and rotor job on other side plus computer work. It was absolutely crazy and we're never bringing her vehicle here again. I'll go to a non-Browns dealer god forbid anything else. If not I'll bite the xxxx bullet and just do everything myself. It's ridiculous that she couldn't even explain anything to me when questioned. She kept going to someone else and complaining about how much of a mess it was rather than actually going over things with proper justification or reasoning. More
