You shouldn't have to make 3 trips to the service department in less then 24 hours. Took my Dart in last night after making an appointment last week when the check engine light had come on. Told the service representative that the CEL showed a problem with the automatic shutters and that I'd been having a problem with the Uconnect display randomly rebooting. After waiting nearly 3 hours and now being told it would be a while still, and being questioned as to why I chose a late appointment (the only one available I was told until sometime in July when I made the appointment), I left the car overnight. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an early morning call that my car was ready. Unfortunately it was too good to be true. I picked up the car and drove off the lot only to find the CEL was on again. Apparently they fixed the Uconnect but never bothered with the shutter problem, it wasn't even noted on the work order. I returned immediately and to his credit the service manager took the car right in and replaced the shutters, after about 90 minutes I was on my way. Unfortunately as I got out of my car at home later on, I discovered that they didn't put the dashboard back together properly. I placed a call to the service manager and waited, not getting a return call I headed back to the shop. The service manager quickly had someone tighten the dashboard that was flopping around, but even the mechanic didn't look happy with the way it fit together. The service manager tells me the gap I'm seeing is normal, it can only clip together one way. Took my car home and had to fix it myself. No more gap! Not a satisfied customer at all. Wondering if they were that careless putting back together something that the customer can see, how shoddy is the work I can't see? I'll be looking for a new Dodge service station and sales after this. More

If you have to purchase your car from this dealership, DO NOT HAVE IT SERVICED HERE! They will tell you that they are open until midnight but......You will have to schedule something simple like an oil change 1 Month ahead!!! I have purchased at least 15 new vehicles in my lifetime and have never seen such an incompetent service dept in all my years. I have posted a review on this website earlier this week and for some strange reason it's not up. Let's see what happens to this review. More
Professional during the entire process. This is my 5th car from Brown's they have a great sales and finance staff. Bill Neikham is the best Finance manger around. Service is the worst I have ever experienced. I purchased a 2013 Dodge Charger Daytona and the salesman that assisted me was top notch. But that's where it all ends. Now for the service dept. I have own many vehicles and never experienced such a horrendous service. First oil change, they left the oil filter loose. Warranty claim for a Hands free module diagnosis took almost a month. When bringing my car in for a scheduled oil change, the check engine light came on and when I asked if this could be looked at, they said I would have to wait 3 weeks! Stay away from this place! More

Next, I was informed on drop-off that I would be required to pay a 100 dollar deductible. upon purchase of my vehicle I purchased the extended warranty, and was definitely not informed about any type of deductible! I accepted the fact that I have a "deductible" but was informed that I had to pay 127.50. When I questioned the the extra 27.50 I was informed it was the mechanic fee! What?!? To be honest, I am not totally convinced that was why I was being charge because the service associate I dealt with was clueless about any and all costs and in my opinion was trying to get rid of me. I was then later phoned with regard to the reason why my check engine light was on. Surprise, surprise my "warranty" did not cover that part. I informed them that I did not want them to fix the car and I would come and pick up the car. Upon getting back my car, I was presented with a bill of 138. Still unsure why the total was different then the previous day. They proceeded to get the manager which in my opinion was the worst part of my experience. He was rude and condescending. He informed me that him and his service associate knew I would be a problem. How unprofessional! At that point all I wanted to do was get out of there. I gave him my credit card, which I guess he took offense to because he told me to get that out of his face. Ok? You told me I needed to pay?!? Finally, he left for 2 minutes, came back and informed me that my business was not welcome here. Great! Because I will never come back. Please go somewhere else, save yourself a bad experience! More

Best dealership experience I have to say that this was the most positive dealership experience I've ever had. From my knowledgeable and super nice salesman Mike to the helpful I have to say that this was the most positive dealership experience I've ever had. From my knowledgeable and super nice salesman Mike to the helpful manager Joe, it was so refreshing not to feel pressured to make a purchase until I was ready. I left with a beautiful Jeep Compass that I paid a fair price for. Even the sit down with finance was painless! I would highly recommend Brown's! More

There was no funny business with the numbers. Everything added up as I expected. Our salesperson, Sal, was wonderfully knowledgeable, courteous and skilled, and produced for us the vehicle that we were looking for. When we missed him on a subsequent visit we met with Michael Fulfree who was incredibly helpful and familiar with the Town and Country, answering every question we had about the vehicle. Because of the staff especially Sal we will return as customers. More
