Amazing Car Buying Experience I have purchased dozens of cars and I have to say Brown's was the best experience ever. After working with another Jeep dealership unsuccessfully, it I have purchased dozens of cars and I have to say Brown's was the best experience ever. After working with another Jeep dealership unsuccessfully, it was refreshing to find a dealership willing to put the customer first. Unlike others who play games with hidden fees and trade-in values, Brown's was honest and fair throughout the entire transaction. I called late Friday night to inquire about a Jeep they had in inventory, and met them at 10am the next day. The truck was waiting out front, and the salesman, Mike Gedell, was waiting to speak with me. He was professional, polite and knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Tom, the finance manager, didn't play any games and was even more polite and professional then Mike, if that is possible. Between the two of them they were able to get my trade in assessed, financing arranged (at a very competitive rate) and the new Jeep prepped by 1pm that day. I would highly recommend Brown's - there are no hidden fees or gimmicks, they have the best inventory and they don't play games. I bought my 5th Wrangler from them, and I would definitely buy from them next time. More
