Top Notch Sales Associates I walked into Browns Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram this morning expecting to take a look at a new 300 because I was at the end of my current lease on a 2013 I walked into Browns Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram this morning expecting to take a look at a new 300 because I was at the end of my current lease on a 2013 Chrysler 300S. I met with a sales associate I had used previously named Mel Blanco. Mel was the typical stand-up guy I had known from my last exoerience 3 years ago for my current 300S. Well, as usual, Mel took the time to make sure I was being offered exactly what I wanted, which was a new 300S. And it was seamless. Mel not only worked with me on the turn in process for my 300S coming off lease, but also got me into another 300S with more options and a monthly lease that was smaller than my original. My hat's off to Mel and the Sales Manager Joe Giunta who made this a pleasurable experience. We walked in at 10:30 this morning and went home with the new car at 5:15 this afternoon. How much better than that could you expect? No bumps, no hiccups, no playing with the numbers. Mel was as professional as they come. P.S. - this is my 8th vehicle from Browns.
