I DROPPED OFF MY CAR TWICE, BOTH WITH APPOINTMENTS, WAITED ALL DAY FOR MY REPAIRS. BOTH REPAIRS WERE DONE AND DAMAGED MY CAR IN THE MEANTIME AND . OF COURSE THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THEM BUT UNFORTUNATLEY THEY ARE THE ONLY SERVICE STATION WHO WORKS ON FIAT'S. SO DISSAPOINTED. BEING CALLED SWEETIE, IS SO RUDE. IF I HAD A MAN WITH ME I GUARANTEE THIS WOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED. IT MAKES SUCH A BIG DIFFERNCE WHN BUYING A CAR, WHEN THE SERVICE IS SO AWFUL. THEY ASKED ME IF I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM THEM, REALLY?? Browns service department is actually concerning. I dropped off my car under warranty. Every time I call The service advisor is busy and claims will call back but he never does. 3 calls In one day is I dropped off my car under warranty. Every time I call The service advisor is busy and claims will call back but he never does. 3 calls In one day is my record, I’m sure you’ll beat it. I had to ask for a manager or supervisor before finally being taken serious enough to speak to said “advisor”. While speaking to him he notifies me that I need parts that are on back order. He won’t know if he can get them till next week. I reply so I could be out of a car for a month, he responds hard to say! This is my only car and losing it for a period that long is kinda devastating. Luckily I’m mechanically inclined and know exactly where to look for said “backordered parts” I called Mullens parts department out of southold. They have 21 of the “back ordered parts” sitting on their shelves. 21! “BACK ORDERED PARTS!” awaiting to be torqued into my car. So why exactly am I waiting a week for parts that are 25 miles down the road from Browns? I’d even be happy enough to go pick them up for you if it means I can have my car finished in a suitable time frame. Seeing how it’s only a two hour service job. My car would have been fixed by now if I’d done the job myself. Guess that’s not how warranty’s work though. But would have saved me the headache from this nightmare. I’m honestly worried about them doing internal engine work to my vehicle after reading some other reviews. If it wasn’t currently disassembled I’d pick it up and take it to another dealership. Fingers crossed it doesn’t come to that. Someone from the management department please help me 😫 More

Second time purchasing from Brown’s Jeep. My mom and I worked with Mike and Rich and got a great deal for my dream car. They both went above and beyond to help us get this deal worked out. Mike even drove out an hour to get the paperwork to my mom to sign because she was unable to leave the house as she was caring for my father. Truly amazing people! They made buying a car a great experience! Mike was never pushy, and showed me all the cars I was interested in. He was always upfront and very helpful. Communication was beyond great. If you decide to go to Brown’s, ask for Mike Hahn. More
If I could give negative 5 stars I absolutely would. Brown’s Jeep of Patchogue is a disgrace. They are irresponsible and negligent in their service department. Over the summer of 2020 we took my car in Brown’s Jeep of Patchogue is a disgrace. They are irresponsible and negligent in their service department. Over the summer of 2020 we took my car in for a repair of the catalytic converter that was still under warranty. After three weeks of of being razzle dazzled by their incompetent customer service agents, they finally admitted to breaking the head gasket because they couldn’t get the bolts off to replace the catalytic converter. It then took two more weeks for a total of five weeks for something that should have taken at most, two days. The entire time the customer service was terrible. No one ever calls back and they couldn’t care less that you are without a vehicle and missing work. Fast forward five months later, the car completely overheats and there is oil leaking everywhere under the hood. We had it towed to a non jeep mechanic who said it was a faulty repair of the work that was supposedly done over the summer. The work was done poorly and this negligence is unacceptable. We then took the car back to Brown’s for repair because we were told by Brown’s that since it was their mistake, they are the only dealership that can fix it. Well, it has been another 5 weeks and our car is still not fixed. No one returns our calls and the general manager is aware of the situation but has done absolutely nothing. Brown’s of Patchogue is by far the most disrespectful, neglectful and unprofessional business I have ever encountered. They have not offered a loaner car and have ignored all our calls. If you have read this far, I urge you- DO NOT BUY OR BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO BROWNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If you don’t mind waiting months for repairs, or if you enjoy being disrespected, ignored and put in dangerous situations- by all means, give them a try. I think the kids around the block running a lemonade stand would do a better job at managing this joke of a dealership. More
Hi so I have to say I have been buying vehicles from Browns for years! Today I had an issue with my new Jeep less than 2 months old. I walked in and the general manager Gary Burke who I know well helped Browns for years! Today I had an issue with my new Jeep less than 2 months old. I walked in and the general manager Gary Burke who I know well helped me right out had a tech named Steve take my car and fixed the issue in less than 1/2 hour! I was very impressed and the tech Steve took the time to tell me what happened and show me some things in the car. The service man named Kevin Birmingham was very friendly and helpful! Browns thank u for the wonderful experience and this is why I only buy my vehicles from u! Thank u guys! More
On 11/10/21, my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee had its second oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor, Nick Sinacore, was professional, courteous and kept me updated on the service.
