Outstanding and amazing sales associate Went to buy new van, met with Paul. Unfortunately new van was not in our future. Paul said you can drive to our used car lot. Jimmy informed us there was a used van on the lot we were just at (Paul didn't mention that). Jimmy tried calling over to the Browns lot we were just at to get someone to assist us (no one answered) when we drove back there. ( now Jimmy is frustrated because we could have been helped before we even left the first lot). Jimmy said to us drive back over there and I will come meet you there. He showed us the 2 vans on the first lot then took us inside to look up information about the van. We were liking one of them so we went back (again) to the used lot to go over a deal. The patience and knowledge Jimmy had was truly comforting. I've never met a salesman who went above and beyond to help us out. We will be sending our friends to see Jimmy!! More

I would not buy anything from Browns. The service is terrible, they make it so difficult to use the warranty your better off not having one. At times I turn the key and nothing happens , I recorded this to show them and they said it was just a fluke ( that happens all the time).they said there was nothing they could do.. It happened when I was leaving.... They said "it's a "jeep" thing. More

Sales great, service dept not so much I purchased a 2016 ram 1500 from Browns a month ago. Rob Riker is a great salesman. He made the car buying experience painless and actually enjoyable. The service dept however is another story. The car had a scratch on a console that needed to be repaired. I even had paperwork stating this to be repaired after the sale, known as a "we owe". I called over 5 times to schedule a appointment, no one could give me a straight answer as to when the part was coming in. I even went as far as to provide the part number, offering to install myself and it was $23 list part. Never received a call back as to when to bring it in and if a loaner was to be provided. Highly unorganized and unprofessional. Disgusted I purchased the part myself because I would rather spend money than be frustrated with incompetence. Buy your car here from Rob and look elsewhere for service. More
