Bait & Switch 0% financing is a scam used to get you in the door. My credit was 899 out of 900 and I was told I am "not credit worthy". The credit manager could not give me a reason for this, other than I should look up my credit rating... which was the same one (Experion) my bank said thy looked into! Apparently they want bad credit risks so they can charge higher rates. Yelled at by 2 managers when they made mistakes filling out the sales papers. If it weren't for the nice salesman , Harry, that I worked with, I never would have bought here. More

My only issue is that the service dept seems overbooked to me... 3 weeks out for an oil change appointment isn't convenient for me. I'd rather go to my local guy and sit and wait for it to be done which is also cheaper. Problem is when you have a recall and have to use them. They should offer a loaner car for recalls. More
