The best salesperson in four dealerships Mel Blanco Nicole and I went to several dealerships and Mel Blanco met us at the door with a smile and willingness to help with all our needs. My wife and I got a quote and then shopped around elsewhere because you have to see what is out there in the market. When we returned Mel gave us more options when my wife notice the Jeep on the show room floor. He was very accommodating and professional. When we went to Ford we were met with a salesperson who only wanted to bad mou the competition. When we went to Chevy were did not even make it to the dealership showroom because of a rude salesperson basically saying that they were not getting into a truck with a dodge trade in, and 9k down with 500+ payment. Mel I would say was the driving force that made me come back to your showroom floor he was willing to answer all my questions and guide us thru the whole process, perfect etiquette, decorum, and professional. If Nicole and I could rate our experience with Mel would be 10/10 100%. I really appreciate the patience, and professionalism he extended to myself and wife. I spent the better part of an hour with an immature, inexperinced, sales rep named Tim who is being led and coached by a mysterious hidden manager who I can only imagine attended a 1980's error used car sale university and is still passing his dirty bag of tricks onto the next generation of "get rich quick" inspired young men who all need to be replaced with a website. I don't need anything more than a quote to my specificication of car and lease terms to be compared to 2 other dealers and a decision will be made. Instead Tim comes out with a folded piece of paper with a hidden number on it that he will only share when I have met some self imposed terms as if he woke up this morning and watched Wayne Brady on let's make a deal and thought this might be a usefull sales tactic to try out. He was silent and overwhelmed when I exposed his ill-conceived closing techniques for what they are and left him with what was behind door number 3, an empty chair, a lost deal, and his colleague chasing me out the door assuring me it must be some kind of miss communication. Do yourself a favor and skip this loser of a sales office. More
