My wife and I decided we needed a minivan, and after narrowing it down, we agreed that the Chrysler Pacifica was the one we were going to purchase. Brown Chrysler was actually our first stop when looking (we went to a total of 5 different dealerships throughout the Nassau and Suffolk areas). Our first impressions were positive. We met with Sal and he was really easy to talk to and not at all pushy. He showed us a few cars but at that point we were just pricing things out. Fast forward a couple of weeks later and we knew we wanted to pull the trigger on a car but we wanted to make sure we were going to get the best deal possible. We went back to Browns and after some back and forth they delivered! Sal (and his manager) were able to match a really good price we got at another dealership and then gave us 2k more on a trade in. Honestly, I was extremely excited about the deal we got, plus the car was pretty sweet too. I just want to give a shout out to Sal again. He really did make the buying process as stress free as possible for us. He has a very laid back demeanor, which I appreciate , and he was very professional to work with. My wife and I got a quote and then shopped around elsewhere because you have to see what is out there in the market. When we returned Mel gave us more options when my wife notice the Jeep on the show room floor. He was very accommodating and professional. When we went to Ford we were met with a salesperson who only wanted to bad mou the competition. When we went to Chevy were did not even make it to the dealership showroom because of a rude salesperson basically saying that they were not getting into a truck with a dodge trade in, and 9k down with 500+ payment. Mel I would say was the driving force that made me come back to your showroom floor he was willing to answer all my questions and guide us thru the whole process, perfect etiquette, decorum, and professional. If Nicole and I could rate our experience with Mel would be 10/10 100%. I really appreciate the patience, and professionalism he extended to myself and wife.
