It was great I walked into service with my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited for an oil change and walked out with a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited. Mel Blanco wa I walked into service with my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited for an oil change and walked out with a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited. Mel Blanco was great. My experience at Brown's I have been to many dealerships in the past and I would have to say that my experience here was great. From the moment we contacted them there were no I have been to many dealerships in the past and I would have to say that my experience here was great. From the moment we contacted them there were no hidden fees and I did not have to play the run around game of talking back and forth with the manager. My sales rep Belce Bolvadin was aces we told her what we wanted and she made it happen immediately. She even went as far as to locate the vehicle we were looking for in Connecticut and personally drive there and pick it up for us. More
