Never Again will I buy from this dealer or from chrysler aga I have never been more upset with a dealership in my life. I used to have a 2014 Dodge Durango, which had problems with the backup camera and it took I have never been more upset with a dealership in my life. I used to have a 2014 Dodge Durango, which had problems with the backup camera and it took several trips to service to finally get it fixed and replaced. Now I have a 2017 Dodge Durango, which the check engine light comes on with several codes. The truck runs very rough and the other day wouldn’t even start by push start or remote start. I have brought the truck in 3 times and have been advised the mechanics do not know what is wrong with it. The first time the truck was brought in I was told the light didn’t come on and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it and gave it back to me. The second time the truck was there for 9 days and the light allegedly never came on. Once again truck was returned to me. This time I got the truck back last Wednesday night, drove it Thursday and Friday and when I got in the truck Friday night at 12:25am it wouldn’t start. Eventually I got it to start. The check engine light was on and it ran very rough on the way home. I left a message for the service department at 12:25 am reporting what happened and yet no call back. Brought the truck in on Saturday morning when department opened. The truck still hasn’t been looked at. Today is Monday at 1pm. I now have a loaner car which the change oil light is on. I have left several messages for the general manger who has not returned my phone calls. That is very unprofessional. I will never own another Dodge vehicle 2 times I’ve had problems and I’m very dissatisfied with the entire situation. More

From the minute that I entered the dealership and was introduced to my salesman, Mel Blanco, to signing the final paperwork with Rich Ruhs I was not rushed or pressured in any way, even though the Dealership was busy. The staff worked together to ensure that my questions were answered and that I was happy. When I arrived to pick up my new Jeep, Mr. Blanco teamed up with Mr. Chris Lien to expedite the final paperwork while Mr. Lien explained the functions of the new Jeep to me. After all of the paperwork was complete and I had no further questions, I was surprised to see Mr. Blanco standing by outside to be sure that I was ok as I drove my Jeep for the first time out of the parking lot. Excellent customer service from everyone at the dealership in the sales department! I would also like to add that Brown's has an excellent service department that has been servicing my traded-in Jeep for the last 4 years. The service advisors are professional and knowledgeable, especially Ms. Dawn. I'm a very happy customer of Brown's for the last 4 years and I will continue to have my new Jeep serviced there. When the time comes for a new Jeep, I will be buying at Brown's. My dealership and service experience at Brown's over an extended period of time, and compared to other dealerships, attests to the fact that Brown's is still in business and celebrating their 100 year anniversary in 2017.
