Great experience!! So I was coming to the end of the lease for my Jeep Wrangler. I was significantly over mileage and had several payments remaining. After researching So I was coming to the end of the lease for my Jeep Wrangler. I was significantly over mileage and had several payments remaining. After researching a few options including the possibility of purchasing the Wrangler or getting into another lease elsewhere (ford, chevy) I decided to see what Brown's could do. Boy I'm glad I did. Brown's not only gave me the best deal on the Ram 1500. They took care of turning in my lease early. My salesman was Mike Gedell. He was extremely caring and friendly. His knowledge of the Ram was superb and my overall experience with Mike and the entire Brown's staff was by far my best ever. Easy process Our lease was coming to an end on our Grand Cherokee that we previously got from there - had one payment left which they took care of. Scammer When you walk into this dealership make sure you stay clear from this salesman. Went in to buy a vehicle and everything was going fairly smooth. Went When you walk into this dealership make sure you stay clear from this salesman. Went in to buy a vehicle and everything was going fairly smooth. Went to pick it up the next day and guess what? " Your credit was not as strong so we have to jack your payment up scam". Never mentioned anything on the phone and made me place insurance, plates, the whole nine yards then walked me over to "another room" like a scared dog. Didn't have the xxxxx to inform me on the phone or tell me when I got there that plans have changed. Then when I said that I was not going to take truck they held my down payment hostage for a week and half. I will NEVER buy a car/truck from this dealer EVER!!!! Went to Security Dodge and bought the same truck (credit not a problem) and was treated like a gentleman. BUYER BEWARE WITH THIS WHOLE DEALERSHIP!!!!! More
