My most recent experience with Mel Blanco (new Sales) was excellent he helped me select a new Pacifica that fit my requirements perfectly. He determined that Browns could purchase the lease buyout on my 2014 T&C based on the quality of its condition, and the ability to get me into a new Pacifica before any of the new vehicle incentives would expire. By February 28, I had a new Pacifica lease, and Browns also covered my last 2 lease payments and bank fee, which significantly reduced the down payment on the Pacifica. More

"Bob's the Best!" I went to Browns planning to lease a vehicle. I told the salesman Bob that my credit was pretty bad. He never made me feel awkward or inadequate.
