James was super as he was able to answer all of our questions with regard to the products on the lot both new and used. We found the vehicle we wanted on a Saturday evening. James was so attentive through that night answering us via text with varied information needed to pickup the vehicle on Monday. When we arrived at the Dealership on Monday the financing and pickup again all went smoothly as James has everything prepared for us.
