James was super as he was able to answer all of our questions with regard to the products on the lot both new and used. We found the vehicle we wanted on a Saturday evening. I will say that all the people at Browns pre-owned truck center where aces they made you feel like you knew them for ever and had no problem talking with you, not at you or to you.
